Hey everyone!

So here is a teaser, sneak peak of some of my new pieces. My Collection is called, "to the beat of my soul."

Here is one of my pieces....so many more to come!

Spring is HOPEFULLY here

Hey everyone!

Life has been so busy these days with birthday parties, commissioned pieces, and still trying to live some life.

I am filling up quickly for birthday's in May and booking for the summer. You and your child are not going to want to miss out on this creative and fun way to celebrate their birthday. With the snow melting and the sun coming out, we will finally be able to get outside and do some bigger and messier art projects! It is going to be a blast. Please email me at megolson81@gmail.com or phone 587-297-6791 to book your party now!

I am also working on some cool music themed art pieces. Please stay tuned for pics within the next couple of weeks. It has been such a great outlet for me to pour my love of music all over the canvas. I can't wait to share with all of you. If you are looking for a unique touch for your home or office, or maybe you are looking for a unique wedding gift with summer weddings coming..... let me know and we can collaborate and I can get painting for you.

Otherwise, I hope this message is finding you filled with happiness and positivity!

Happy Birthday Anikka!

I had a great time today celebrating Anikka's birthday with her. I love watching kids create their own pieces of artwork. Each of them are so unique and when given the opportunity to fully express themselves, instead of being told what to make, they all can create these incredible pieces of art. I had so much fun showing the girls some of my favorite things to do with paint. I hope it has inspired them a bit to keep painting!!

Thanks again Erin for inviting me out to your home to spread a little love and enjoy the ART OF FUN!

Here are just a couple pics....

RE-VAMPED...and ready for some FUN!

SO.....

ARE YOU READY TO CHOOSE YOUR ART PROJECT?

So you have booked your party date with me and now it is time to pick your project. I have set things up into three "genres" of art projects as listed below. Please ask for any clarification on any of the projects when booking!

Art Project List – Please note: If your child is wanting a specific theme for his or her party, please let me know when you are booking, so that I can do my best to be accommodating and keep the theme in mind.

Depending on your child’s interest in art, please select from the following mediums:

Canvas Acrylic Painting – Children will have an open ended opportunity to fully express themselves by using acrylic paint on canvas. They will be able to use a variety of different techniques and mediums (i.e. cheesecloth) with the paint to create their one of a kind masterpiece! Each child will have an opportunity to design their own art apron and then paint on their own canvas.

Painting (other) – I have a variety of fun painting activities with different paint mediums such as finger paint, acrylic paint, and water color paint. Depending on the child’s age, they will be able to have a blast creating a unique painting. Each child will have an opportunity to design their own art apron and then have a finished painting project to take home.

Mixed Media – These unique art activities are designed to let children use their imaginations and create something beautiful from a variety of media’s. Things like different paper and art supplies to recycles items will be used to experiment and build their own art pieces. The art project will be depending on the child’s age. Each child will have an opportunity to design their own art apron and then have a finished mixed media piece to take home.
